What you're buying
Early Access is a subscription that shows you newly collected roles up to 72 hours before they reach our public board. Every role is already public on the employer's own careers page the whole time — the head start is on finding it here first, not on exclusive access to the listing itself.
Price and tax
$8.99/month + tax. Every price on the site is quoted before tax. HST is calculated by Stripe from your billing address and added at checkout as its own line before you pay.
Renewal
The subscription renews automatically every month at the same price until you cancel. If the price is ever going to change, we will tell you in advance of the change taking effect, and you will have the right to cancel before it does. We will never change what renews without telling you first.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account page (/me) or through the Stripe billing portal linked there. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for — you keep access until then, and you are not charged again after it ends. There is no cancellation fee.
Refunds
See our refunds and cancellation policy for the full position. In short: a subscription month already underway is not refunded when you cancel partway through, because you keep access for the rest of it. A charge for a month you never used at all — a duplicate, or a subscription that should have been cancelled and was not — is refunded on request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
